Bilingual Spanish Recruiter
About the role
Are you a bilingual Spanish-speaking recruiter or sales professional looking for a career with unlimited growth potential? We have an immediate opening for a motivated, people-focused recruiter to join our fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, source, and screen qualified candidates
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess fit
- Aid with onboarding, new hire paperwork, compliance, and orientations
- Build strong relationships with Spanish-speaking candidates and employees
- Coordinate daily workforce scheduling and candidate communications
- Maintain candidate records, payroll-related documentation, and recruiting activity
- Partner with hiring managers to fill openings quickly and efficiently
Qualifications
- Fully fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or business development
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Construction industry recruiting experience is a plus
