What's the Job?

Partner with HR process owners and SMEs to document current-state workflows across multiple functional areas
Create structured process artifacts such as SIPOCs, process maps, and process charters
Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, clarity, and consistency
Analyze documented processes to uncover bottlenecks, redundancies, and control gaps
Facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders to challenge and refine current processes and gather insights

What's Needed?

  • 5–10+ years of experience in business process analysis, documentation, and optimization
  • Proven ability to create SIPOCs, process maps, and structured process artifacts
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience leading stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with process documentation tools such as Blueworks and proficiency in Microsoft Office products

The HR Process Documentation & Optimization Analyst will support various HR functional areas within the organization.
