Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of AI readiness and orchestration across People Operations
- Develop and execute enablement campaigns for HR tech projects and AI initiatives
- Arcitect and maintain AI governance and compliance frameworks in HR
- Create and manage comprehensive HR process maps and documentation for automation
- Deliver engaging training programs on AI tools for all HR roles
- Supervise maintenance of internal HR knowledge platforms with AI tools for enhanced discoverability
- Manage the HR policy framework and ensure compliance with evolving regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in HR, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of HR or People Technology experience, preferably in Pharma/Biotech
- Proven experience in developing HR processes and policies, ideally as an Offering Manager
- Hands-on experience with evaluating, piloting, and scaling AI-powered HR solutions
- Familiarity with Workday HCM, ServiceNow, or similar platforms; knowledge of AI/ML concepts
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
