HR Ops Manager

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior People Business Partner to help support our people and business objectives.

About the role

The Senior People Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, partnering closely with the business to drive talent initiatives, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development
• Coach managers on performance management, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness
• Support employee relations matters and provide guidance on policy interpretation
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and retention initiatives
• Support change management and organizational growth efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement people programs and processes
• Analyze workforce data and provide recommendations to support business decisions

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, and performance practices
• Proven ability to influence leaders and navigate complex people matters
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
• SHRM or HRCI certification (preferred)
• Experience supporting a high-growth or fast-paced organization (preferred)
