About the role

Join a Growing Shared Services Organization! CPAM Global is a shared services organization providing centralized finance, accounting, HR, and operational support to multiple operating companies within project-based industries. Our focus is on consistency, accuracy, and scalable processes that support growth across our portfolio. We are expanding our Corporate team and are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated HR Operations Specialist to join our Corporate office in Warren, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
  • Continues onboarding process after signing of offer letter, including creating new hire documentation and coordination with Operations and IT departments for set up
  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and day-to-day administration of all HR-related systems, including Dayforce, WorkTango, and other HR technology platforms
  • Aid with compliance and audit-related processes
  • Aid in the preparation of HR metrics including turnover, compensation, benefits, and other workforce reporting
  • Collaborate with Director, HR Operations and reporting managers to ensure timely and accurate timesheet approvals
  • Support the payroll cycle, including processing on time, completing necessary payroll reporting, and working with Finance team on any reconciliations
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee benefit questions
  • Maintain leave administration program records, updating reporting managers on potential leave and return dates, accommodations, etc.
  • Own the Employee Wellness program, creating an annual schedule to engage and educate employees
  • Support continuous improvement of HR operational processes by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and employee service
  • Aid HR team with special projects as needed

Requirements

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, as previous HR experience is not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS system Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Light to moderate lifting may be required Reasonable Accommodation May Be Provided For Individuals With Disabilities.

Benefits
