About the role
The HR Operations Analyst supports the delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and reporting. This role serves as a key liaison between HR, employees, managers, and other business functions to ensure efficient HR operations, data integrity, compliance, and high-quality employee experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, employee changes, offboarding).
- Maintain HR systems, employee data integrity, and process documentation.
- Lead leave administration and coordinate new hire orientations.
- Deliver HR reporting, workforce analytics, and data-driven insights.
- Support employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations, audits, and data privacy requirements.
- Contribute to HR process improvements, automation, and transformation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Shared Services, People Analytics, or similar HR functions.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR processes, reporting, data governance, and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Preferred: experience in a global HR environment, Shared Services, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, or HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR).

US salary ranges USD $81,000.00 - $121,000.00
