HR Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for employees and contractors during onboarding
• Manage collection and tracking of onboarding paperwork for employees and contractors as well as ongoing licensure and other documents necessary to maintain compliance with state and federal agencies
• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes, policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files and records
• Perform periodic audits and review of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
• Process employee status updates including but not limited to personal information changes, promotions, transfers, terminations, salary adjustments
• Assist in programs and training related to retention and employee engagement
• Afford assistance to HR leadership and regional HR teams with duties as needed
• Perform other comparable and related duties, as assigned

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Human Resources experience required
• Experience interacting and engaging with candidates and employees
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
