About the role

The HR Onboarding Coordinator supports Bradford Health Services' growing organization at their Corporate Support Center. This role oversees the onboarding and orientation process to ensure a seamless experience for all new hires.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the onboarding and orientation process
  • Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed
  • Maintain employee records including licensure and certification
  • Cover all onboarding activities, including HR orientation
  • Partner with Human Resources, hiring managers, and department and facility leaders to support employee engagement and retention

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to build positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Experience with HRIS systems required. Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations, or the ability to complete required training and maintain compliance

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
  • One to three years of human resources, onboarding, recruiting or related experience preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
