About the role
The HR Onboarding Coordinator supports Bradford Health Services' growing organization at their Corporate Support Center. This role oversees the onboarding and orientation process to ensure a seamless experience for all new hires.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the onboarding and orientation process
- Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed
- Maintain employee records including licensure and certification
- Cover all onboarding activities, including HR orientation
- Partner with Human Resources, hiring managers, and department and facility leaders to support employee engagement and retention
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Experience with HRIS systems required. Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations, or the ability to complete required training and maintain compliance
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
- One to three years of human resources, onboarding, recruiting or related experience preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
