Responsibilities
- Complete background check screenings in accordance with company policy, including ABCMS, Research Services and OIG searches.
- Collect employee application packages and accurately screen for completeness of all required documents.
- Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.
- Create new hire personnel files, ensuring all required documentation is completed and collected.
- Responsible for data entering candidate activity in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with centralized new hire orientation.
Qualifications
- At least one years of experience working in HR or recruitment field, required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, required.
- Strong computer skills, required.
- Exceptional customer service skills, both in person and over the phone, required.
- Able to maintain effective working relationships with company managers and staff, required.
- Experience with recruiting in the health care industry preferred, but not required.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System for recruitment preferred, but not required.
- Experience using HRIS, preferred.
- Able to maintain confidential information, required.
Compensation & Benefits
