Program Coordinator
About the role
This role requires someone with 3-5 years of professional experience supporting program management, project coordination, learning and development, leadership development, or related business operations. This is NOT a senior role. The Program Coordinator/Program Management Support Analyst role is focused on supporting Executive Leadership Development programs.
Responsibilities
- Support program operations, logistics, scheduling, communications, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain and organize program documentation, trackers, playbooks, and templates.
- Aid in preparing program materials, participant communications, reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Track program tasks, deliverables, milestones, risks, and action items to support on-time execution.
- Collaborate with internal partners and team members to support program needs.
- Provide behind-the-scenes support for executive leadership development programs and related team priorities.
Qualifications and Soft Skill Requirements
- Experience supporting program management, project coordination, learning and development, leadership development, or related business operations.
- Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members, stakeholders, and partners.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Co-Pilot.
- Ability to work independently, ask clarifying questions, and keep work moving with minimal direction.
Desired Skills
- Experience supporting executive leadership development, talent development, coaching, or learning programs.
- Experience creating or maintaining program playbooks, trackers, SharePoint sites, templates, and communication materials.
- Experience coordinating logistics for meetings, workshops, learning sessions, or in-person program events.
- Experience synthesizing information from data, surveys, notes, or stakeholder input into concise summaries.
