HR Onboarder

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding sessions for new Home Health Aides (HHAs) and caregivers
• Afford assistance with completing employment applications and documentation
• Verify credentials and ensure compliance with agency and state requirements
• Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for new hires
• Communicate clearly with Creole-speaking caregivers to answer questions and guide them through the onboarding process
• Collaborate with the HR and recruitment teams to ensure smooth transitions from hire to field placement

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Haitian Creole (required)
• Previous experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or HR/onboarding preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and people skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
