Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with onboarding new employees, interns, volunteers, and other worker groups.
  • Supporting recruiters and HR staff with onboarding activities.
  • Communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters to ensure timely completion of onboarding steps.
  • Reviewing and tracking employment documentation, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system and updating onboarding reports.
  • Responding to onboarding questions and assisting as processes evolve and become more automated.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of HR administrative or onboarding experience (preferred).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
