Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with onboarding new employees, interns, volunteers, and other worker groups.
- Supporting recruiters and HR staff with onboarding activities.
- Communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters to ensure timely completion of onboarding steps.
- Reviewing and tracking employment documentation, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system and updating onboarding reports.
- Responding to onboarding questions and assisting as processes evolve and become more automated.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of HR administrative or onboarding experience (preferred).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
