HR Officer

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced, approachable and flexible HR Officer who’s enthusiastic about helping Newcastle Carers remain a great place to work. You’ll play a key role in supporting our staff so they can continue delivering outstanding service to unpaid carers of all ages across the city.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of outstanding service to unpaid carers of all ages across the city
• Working alongside colleagues who share our values of being empowering, inclusive, people-focused and empathetic
• Involved in a range of HR activities, helping to keep things running smoothly day to day, supporting good practice across the organisation, and contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture

Pay

NJC pay scale 13-16, £29,064 to £30,518
