Description
The HR Manager is responsible for leading implementation of core HR programs and employee-related initiatives in the business to ensure an effective, sustainable people strategy over the long term. This position is located onsite at the Yakima, WA Corrugated Container facility.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience as HR Generalist or manager in a complex, unionized environment.
- Mechanical industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related business field preferred; relevant combination of experience and education considered.
- Working knowledge of Federal compliance guidelines (e.g., OFCCP).
- Working knowledge of HRIS tools and payroll systems, employment laws, benefits, HR principles.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Experience managing union relationships and labor relations.
- Experience supporting leave management processes.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change in the work environment.

- Compensation Summary: Pay Range: $90k - $120k. (Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications)

Pay
- Compensation Summary: Pay Range: $104,250.00 - $173,750.00, depending on your role, level, and location.
- Benefits: Short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 15 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
