HR Manager-Workforce Development-Human Resources
Job Summary
Manages HR operations for multiple locations. Functions as a strategic business partner. Serves as the primary point-of-contact for on-site leaders and employees. Collaborates with HR business partners and other HR areas to provide expertise and guidance.
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with recruiters on recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract top talent for clinical and non-clinical positions.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and management, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, provide guidance on performance improvement plans, and support managers in employee development initiatives.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and engagement.
Policies and Procedures
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
HR Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.
Data Management and Reporting
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess trends, inform decision-making, and prepare reports for management.
Collaboration
- Work closely with department heads, HR, and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Workforce Development
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess workforce needs, designing programs that address skill gaps, and ensuring the successful implementation and evaluation of these initiatives.

Requires occasional exposure to unpleasant or disagreeable physical environment such as high noise level and exposure to heat and cold, occasional working hours significantly beyond regularly scheduled hours, occasional travelling to offsite locations, occasional activities subject to significant volume changes of a seasonal/clinical nature, occasional work produced subject to precise measures of quantity and quality, occasional bending, occasional lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds, occasional crouching/stooping, occasional driving, occasional kneeling, occasional pushing/pulling, occasional reaching, constant sitting, frequent standing, occasional twisting, and frequent walking.
