Responsibilities
- Perform positive and timely customer service functions by answering employee requests, questions and proactively finding solutions.
- UKG experience helpful.
- Handle employee relations issues independently and efficiently.
- Oversee automobile accidents and follow up as needed.
- Reports, maintains and monitors all workers’ compensation case files.
- Affords assistance in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.
- Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports from the database.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years prior experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
Qualifications
- Employee relations expertise.
- OSHA knowledge.
- Workman's comp understanding.
- Performance management skills.
- Policies and procedures implementation.
- Employment law compliance.

Pay
$85,000-$100,000 Annual Base Salary
Schedule
Fully remote, flexible start time within regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
Position Type
