About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Part-time HR Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and help build a scalable Human Resources function. Working approximately 20 hours per week in a flexible hybrid environment, you will lead strategic HR initiatives, develop policies and procedures, strengthen employee relations, and create programs that support onboarding, leadership development, and workforce planning. This role is ideal for a senior HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Significant senior-level HR leadership experience (HR Director, VP of Human Resources, CHRO, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience developing HR infrastructure, policies, and organizational processes.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR) is highly preferred.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in strategic Human Resources leadership.
  • Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience building HR programs, policies, and procedures from the ground up.
  • Proven success supporting organizational growth and workforce planning.
  • Experience designing onboarding, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills for managers and executive leaders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting decentralized or multi-location organizations.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to influence leadership and drive organizational change in a collaborative manner.

Schedule

Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week in a flexible hybrid environment.
