HR Manager

About the role

Establish and support workforce planning for the U.S. subsidiary. Plan and manage recruitment for the U.S. subsidiary. Support the establishment of HR policies and regulations for the U.S. subsidiary. Perform general HR operations and management for the U.S. subsidiary.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the U.S. subsidiary of a biotech/pharmaceutical company (preferred)
• Hands-on HR experience in recruitment, workforce operations, compensation & benefits, etc.
• Excellent English communication skills
