HR Internship Program Lead
About the role
In this role, you will contribute directly to the development and scaling of innovative digital solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. You will work in an international environment, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help shape a fast-growing organization from its early stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy the internship and graduate program strategy aligned with workforce planning
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, engineering schools, and academic institutions
- Define internship frameworks: selection criteria, onboarding processes, mentoring structure, evaluation cycles, and conversion pathways to permanent roles
- Career Development: Coordinate internship recruitment campaigns (job postings, campus events, interviews, selection)
- Manage the full internship lifecycle: onboarding, follow-up, performance evaluation, feedback, and offboarding
- Coordinate with managers

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, early career programs, or campus recruitment
- Proven experience in building and managing structured talent programs
- Ability to design and operate internship frameworks (selection, onboarding, mentoring, evaluation, conversion)
- Experience coordinating recruitment campaigns and academic partnerships
- Capability to manage full internship lifecycle processes
