Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
- Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll-related accounts.
- Manage visa processing for new visas and renewals.
- Handle leave processing, including approvals and tracking.
- Cooky ticket bookings for business travel.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with visa regulations and other legal requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and employee services.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to payroll and employee services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on payroll processing and employee services.
- Knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Experience in handling visa processing, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
