Responsibilities
- Aid in sourcing candidates for current and upcoming positions.
- Help post job openings on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Screen candidate profiles based on basic job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the management/team.
- Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment trackers.
- Support candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Assist with new employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Help collect and organize employee documents and required information.
- Maintain basic employee records and HR documentation.
- Track employee attendance and leave records.
- Cook up with employees regarding routine HR-related requirements.
- Prepare basic HR trackers, reports, forms, and spreadsheets.
- Organize digital and physical HR files and documents.
- Aid in creating basic HR checklists, templates, and documentation.
- Support the development of simple HR workflows and processes under guidance.
- Aid in organizing employee engagement activities and internal initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
- Research basic HR practices and share relevant findings with management.
- Support other HR and administrative activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people-related activities.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment concepts.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates, employees, and management.
- Responsible and punctual approach toward assigned work.
- Ability to work independently on routine tasks while seeking guidance when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a course, degree, or certification related to Human Resources or Business Management.
- Academic projects or coursework related to HR or recruitment.
- Previous internship, volunteer, college, or project experience involving coordination or people management.
- Familiarity with job portals or professional networking platforms.
- Basic familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Interest in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Comfortable learning new tools and processes.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
