HR Intern

About the role

Join our team as an HR intern. This position will support the HR team and other managers in the facility through various tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Affords assistance in benefit administration including answering questions, completing and filing necessary forms, employee training, new hire benefit orientation and exit process, open enrollment etc.
• Affords assistance in payroll auditing to confirm compliance.
• Involves in the recruitment and selection process such as screening, interviewing, onboarding, etc.
• Coincides with miscellaneous programs including banquets, picnics, attendance and recognition awards, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
