Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and employee records
- Aid in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, candidate communication, ATS updates)
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries
- Absorb HR documentation, policies, and internal communications
- Cook up training sessions, team events, and employee engagement activities
- Support immigration and compliance documentation as needed
- Aid in audit preparation and HR reporting
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Interest in HR operations and employee engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
Pay
Salary Range: $35-$45 / hour
