HR Intern

About the role

Our People & Possibilities (HR) Intern will gain hands-on experience across many areas of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, internal communications, and HR operations. Working alongside our Directors, you'll help create an exceptional candidate and employee experience while supporting projects that keep our team connected and engaged. Every day looks a little different, making this a great opportunity for someone who is curious, organized, eager to learn, and excited to gain exposure to many areas of Human Resources. You'll collaborate with team members across the company, learn how a fast-paced HR function operates, and develop valuable professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting positions, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and managing the recruiting process within our applicant tracking system
• Assist with new hire onboarding tasks such as new hire agendas, desk setups, and communications
• Create companywide communications such as our newsletter and people update
• Support employee recognition programs and internal events
• Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and special projects
• Support with learning and development projects
• Support with and learn about the various benefits tasks the team manages
• Other tasks as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning new technology and software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred

Schedule

August – December 2026
20–30 hours per week
Onsite at our Denver office

Pay

$20/hour
