About the role

Roxbury is a 112‑bed behavioral healthcare facility in Shippensburg, PA, comprising a 52‑bed acute adult and adolescent psychiatric unit and a 60‑bed chemical dependency unit. Responsibilities

• Administrative coordination of all employee‑related information and processes.
• Ensure compliance with governmental and legal requirements pertaining to personnel functions.
• Assist the Director of Human Resources with staff recruitment and orientation.
• Manage HRIS.
• Administer personnel files.
• Support staff development and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Previous HR experience required.
