Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations by investigating and resolving employee issues, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct internal audits to assess and improve HR practices and processes.
- Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Cook up and conduct training sessions on HR-related topics.
- Cook up and conduct the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- An HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
