Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations by investigating and resolving employee issues, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess and improve HR practices and processes.
  • Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Cook up and conduct training sessions on HR-related topics.
  • Cook up and conduct the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • An HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
