About the role
Roth Staffing is currently recruiting for two different HR roles in Fort Worth, TX. The salary range is $55,000 - $60,000 per year, and this is a direct hire position with full-time benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the new hire onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition.
- Provide support to employees and managers on workplace issues, conflict resolutions, and fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and engagement.
- Administer company policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Stay informed of HR regulations and recommend updates to align with legal changes or best practices.
- Cook up and manage employee benefits programs, assist with open enrollment, address questions or concerns, and serve as the point of contact for benefits-related matters.
- Support employee development by coordinating performance management processes, assisting with goal setting, and providing feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to coordinate training sessions and development programs that align with employee needs and organizational goals.
- Process accurate and timely payroll for salaried and hourly employees through the company's payroll system while ensuring compliance with policies, labor laws, and state & federal regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in Human Resources role is required.
- An HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is preferred.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Paycom system experience is a plus.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently when necessary.
- Knowledge of current employment laws and HR best practices related to recruitment.
