HR Generalist
Job Summary
TASI Gas Flow, part of TASI Measurement, has a Human Resources Generalist opportunity in Monterey, California. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level, coordinating with the HR Manager in managing employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, talent acquisition, and employment law compliance across multiple sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Reviews bi-weekly payroll for accuracy and compliance with California Wage & Hour regulations
- Coverage of recruitment efforts for personnel, students, and temporary employees
- Conducts new-employee orientations
- Maintains career-pathing program
- Writes and places advertisements
- Manages all aspects of the employee life cycle for employees at assigned locations including onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, performance, etc.
- Supports management in our employee talent development initiatives
- Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database
- Performs any other duties or responsibilities as requested by Supervisor or Manager

Pay
The compensation range for this position is $80-85k/year, depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. In addition to base compensation, this role includes a comprehensive benefit package which may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
