HR Generalist (3rd Shift Support)
What’s the Job?
Handle employee relations activities for 3rd shift employees
Counsel and coach managers on HR-related matters
Serve as a subject matter expert for HR policies and procedures
Own and update HR processes as needed
Manage and respond to ServiceNow HR tickets
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Solid foundational HR knowledge and experience
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Experience handling confidential information and coaching leaders
