Position Summary

At East Alabama Medical Center, the HR DB Coordinator will assist in ensuring the integrity and reliability of the organization’s HRIS. The position works with the HRIS Systems Architect to align applications with HR department needs, requirements, and objectives. It involves troubleshooting HR/Benefits/Payroll related system issues and maintaining system setup. The role also identifies, analyzes, and interprets HR/Benefits data trends to support organizational policies and procedures.

Position Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Minimum Experience: Healthcare or business setting experience in systems analysis
  • Required: Healthcare or business setting experience in systems analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Preferred Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or any other related field
  • Preferred Experience: 2 years of data analysis experience with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and previous experience with INFOR-Lawson, Kronos Workforce Central/Dimensions, or any Labor Productivity system
  • Preferred: Previous experience with INFOR-Lawson, Kronos Workforce Central/Dimensions, or any Labor Productivity system
