HR Data & Systems Specialist

What You’ll Do

  • Administer, configure, and continuously optimize UKG, including updates, testing, and enhancements
  • Maintain and audit HRIS data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance, while upholding strong data governance practices
  • Troubleshoot system and data issues, providing responsive, high-quality support to HR and business partners
  • Develop and deliver reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights to support workforce and business decisions
  • Persistently partner with Payroll to ensure accurate data flow, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Create SOPs and tools to train and support users across the organization, driving adoption and consistency
  • Lead or support HRIS-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and improve the overall employee and manager experience

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of HRIS experience, with hands-on experience in UKG strongly preferred
  • A strong understanding of HR operations, including Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent processes
  • Experience managing HR systems, including configuration, data integrity, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience building reports and dashboards (UKG tools, Excel, or similar)
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and accountability
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset
  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or integrations preferred
