What You’ll Do
- Administer, configure, and continuously optimize UKG, including updates, testing, and enhancements
- Maintain and audit HRIS data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance, while upholding strong data governance practices
- Troubleshoot system and data issues, providing responsive, high-quality support to HR and business partners
- Develop and deliver reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights to support workforce and business decisions
- Persistently partner with Payroll to ensure accurate data flow, compliance, and audit readiness
- Create SOPs and tools to train and support users across the organization, driving adoption and consistency
- Lead or support HRIS-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and improve the overall employee and manager experience
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of HRIS experience, with hands-on experience in UKG strongly preferred
- A strong understanding of HR operations, including Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent processes
- Experience managing HR systems, including configuration, data integrity, reporting, and troubleshooting
- An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience building reports and dashboards (UKG tools, Excel, or similar)
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and accountability
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or integrations preferred
