HR Data Specialist

Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.000000 | Full Time | Primarily Mon - Fri / 8AM - 5PM Starting Wage: $28.93-$39.79 per hour, depending on experience Position Summary The HR Data Specialist serves as the final review step in the employment processing workflow. This role is responsible for carefully reviewing personnel actions and making necessary adjustments to ensure timely and accurate processing. With a strong understanding of the various HRIS components and their interdependencies, the HR Data Specialist ensures data integrity and process efficiency when executing employee actions. This position collaborates closely with Asante leaders and HR team members to provide education and guidance on proper procedures, including best practices where applicable. The HR Data Specialist also manages and reviews employment actions to ensure compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Responsibilities include posting union positions, verifying tenure, and generating payroll reports to support accurate and fair application of CBA provisions. Qualifications Education A Bachelor's degree is required or 4 additional years of experience within Human Resources or progressive administrative experience in lieu of education is required.
