About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Analyst to join our People Shared Services team. As a Tier 2 specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee data within our HR information systems. Your responsibilities will include entering, updating, and auditing employee data, resolving escalated data issues, and supporting system enhancements to optimize data management processes. This role demands a high level of discretion, organizational skills, and attention to detail, as you will handle sensitive employee information in compliance with data privacy regulations. You will collaborate closely with the People team to ensure seamless onboarding, benefits administration, and overall employee data management. Additionally, this position offers opportunities for professional development within the broader People Operations team, enabling you to grow your expertise in HR systems and data analytics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HR information systems and data management tools
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a data entry role, preferably within HR or shared service environments
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update employee data in HR information systems
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all HR platforms
• Assist in preparing and maintaining HR reports and documentation
• Collaborate with People team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry
• Support HR processes including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee data management
• Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies
• Handle escalated data issues and support system improvements
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to data privacy regulations
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
