HR Coordinator / Labor Scheduler
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Opening paragraph: "Your Opportunity as the HR Coordinator / Labor Scheduler (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) Join The J.M. Smucker Co. at our Buffalo, NY Milk-Bone® manufacturing facility, where you'll play a critical role in supporting both our people and operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend Human Resources and labor scheduling responsibilities while partnering closely with employees, union leadership, and plant management to ensure a positive employee experience and efficient workforce operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoy building relationships, and have a passion for supporting employees while driving operational excellence, this could be the ideal next step in your career."
That's prose about the role; could be "About the role". Use About the role
then
with that paragraph. - Location and Work Arrangements: "Location: Buffalo, NY Manufacturing Facility Work Arrangements: 100% On-Site Willingness to work extended hours and flow to the work as needed." This could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not required headings; we can include in About the role paragraph or maybe a separate "Details". But we only have allowed headings; we could incorporate into About the role. - "In This Role You Will" then bullet list of duties under categories: Labor Scheduling & Workforce Coordination, Training & Employee Development, Human Resources Support, Union & Employee Relations. These are responsibilities. So we can have
Responsibilities
with- items. Need to preserve all substantive info; we can break into sub-items? Probably just list each duty as
- . Could group but okay.
List items:

That's many items; we can keep them.
- Compensation Range: "$48,500 - $69,300 annualized ($23.32 - $33.32 per hour)". That's Pay. So we need a Pay section with that info. Use
Pay
$48,500 - $69,300 annualized ($23.32 - $33.32 per hour)
- Minimum Requirements: list bullet points: High School Diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of relevant experience in HR, labor scheduling, workforce coordination, or related field; Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. That's Requirements (maybe also Qualifications). We have separate headings Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. We need to decide where to put each. The posting has "Minimum Requirements What We Are Looking For" then list. Then "Additional Skills and Experience That We Think Would Make Someone Successful in This Role" list. So we can treat first list as Requirements (or Qualifications). Second list as Skills (or Additional Qualifications). We'll follow typical: Requirements = minimum qualifications; Skills = additional skills/experience. Thus:Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources, labor scheduling, workforce coordination, or a related field.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Skills
- Labor scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior Human Resources experience supporting hourly employees.
- Experience working in a unionized facility.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Workday or other HR information systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proven ability to collaborate with employees, union representatives, and leaders across all levels of the organization.
Schedule
100% on-site; willingness to work extended hours and flow to the work as needed.
- About the role we already have. We should not include sections like Qualifications if we already used Requirements and Skills. Could also have Qualifications but we might combine. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. Could we merge Requirements and Skills into Qualifications? But we have both headings allowed; we could use Qualifications for combined? However we have distinct content; maybe better to keep Requirements and Skills as separate sections. That's okay. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, LinkedIn, etc. Remove those lines. We also need to remove duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's craft HTML. Start withAbout the role

Check that we didn't miss any substantive info: The opening paragraph includes location and work arrangements; we moved schedule to separate section but we also mentioned location in About the role? We could include location in About the role paragraph. Let's incorporate location and work arrangements into About the role paragraph to avoid duplication. So About the role paragraph: "Join The J.M. Smucker Co. at our Buffalo, NY Milk-Bone® manufacturing facility, where you'll play a critical role in supporting both our people and operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend Human Resources and labor scheduling responsibilities while partnering closely with employees, union leadership, and plant management to ensure a positive employee experience and efficient workforce operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoy building relationships, and have a passion for supporting employees while driving operational excellence, this could be the ideal next step in your career. Location: Buffalo, NY Manufacturing Facility. Work Arrangements: 100% On-Site; willingness to work extended hours and flow to the work as needed." That covers location and schedule info partially, but we still have Schedule section with details. Might be duplication but okay. Perhaps better to keep location in About the role and schedule details in Schedule section. We'll not duplicate the willingness to work extended hours in About the role; we can keep just location. Let's adjust. About the role paragraph: "Join The J.M. Smucker Co. at our Buffalo, NY Milk-Bone® manufacturing facility, where you'll play a critical role in supporting both our people and operations. Location: Buffalo, NY Manufacturing Facility." Then Schedule section: "100% on-site; willingness to work extended hours and flow to the work as needed." Now ensure we didn't lose any other info: The "Why Join..." paragraph is not benefits; we could maybe put that under About the role as additional prose? It's about culture and impact; could be part of About the role. But we already have About the role paragraph; we could append that as another sentence. However we must not invent sections. Adding to About the role is fine. Let's incorporate the "Why Join..." and "The Right Place for You" paragraphs into About the role to keep it substantive. That will avoid losing that info. Thus About the role paragraph will be longer: combine the initial opportunity paragraph, plus the "Why Join..." and "The Right Place for You" paragraphs (excluding EEO and LinkedIn). Let's extract those: "Why Join The J.M. Smucker Co.? At our Buffalo Milk-Bone® facility, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both people and operations while supporting one of America's most trusted pet brands. You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, employee development, continuous improvement, and creating a positive workplace culture. This role offers a unique blend of HR, employee engagement, and operational support experience, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a world-class manufacturing environment." "The Right Place for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together. Our culture is rooted in our Basic Beliefs, and we believe in supporting every employee by meeting their physical,
