HR Coordinator / Generalist

About the role

I'm partnering with a growing manufacturer in the west metro that is looking to add an HR Assistant/Generalist to their small but impactful HR team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of HR experience who wants exposure to a broad range of human resources responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration
• Benefits administration & open enrollment
• Recruiting & onboarding
• HRIS management
• Employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Leave administration (FMLA, protected leaves)
• HR compliance and reporting
• Process improvement projects

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of HR experience (internships considered)
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• HRIS experience (Paylocity is a plus)
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Pay

$45,000-$55,000 base salary (flexibility for highly qualified candidates)

Schedule

Monday-Friday standard business hours
