Coordinator - HR

Responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding cycle, employee status changes, and separations
• Handle all HR operational administrative functions
• Maintain licensure and certification reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards
• Process evaluations and keep personnel records up to date

Requirements

• Two (2) years minimum of HR experience
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates a people-focused attitude through HR service

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $23 to $33.31 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
