Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Create and refresh branded onboarding content, digital playbooks, presentations and visual employee resources
  • Help redesign orientation and 30/60/90-day programs into more interactive, digital experiences
  • Turn HR policies, benefits and compliance information into content that is clear, polished and easy to use
  • Research and test HR technology, AI tools and digital platforms that can improve the employee experience
  • Identify manual or time-consuming HR processes and help build simpler, more efficient solutions
  • Cook up projects across multiple departments
  • Celebrate rollout of new tools, content and process improvements across the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, HR or a related field preferred
  • Open to recent graduates and candidates with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience creating content, presentations, branded materials or digital communications
  • Strong PowerPoint skills; Canva or similar design tools are a plus
  • Comfortable learning new technology and experimenting with AI and digital tools
  • An eye for presentation, messaging and how information is organized
  • Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • An interest in building a career that blends creative work, HR technology and process improvement
