Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and talented PRN Human Resources Coordinator!
Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a provider of quality psychiatric treatment services for adults, children and adolescents. Our outpatient services are a convenient drive to areas in Hinds County, Madison County and Rankin County. We also provide inpatient services for those who need more structured treatment. As a leading provider of behavioral health services, our goal is to help individuals and families achieve optimal mental health, resulting in improved quality of life. Our dedicated team of professionals provides individualized treatment, meeting the personal needs of our customers in a secure and nurturing environment. Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a 120-bed acute psychiatric care facility located in Flowood, Mississippi. We are accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and certified by Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE®. We provide psychiatric treatment for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, phobia and more.
Qualifications
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience performing HR-related or Administrative Assistant duties required.
- PREFERRED: Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field and 1-3 years’ experience in HR and performing HR-related duties.
About the role
The HR Coordinator plays a crucial role in the human resources department, managing various administrative and support tasks. Key responsibilities include guiding employees through HR processes and resolving HR-related queries. The HR Coordinator performs daily administrative tasks and services to support the Human Resources Department, providing a high level of customer service with a strong emphasis on employee support. Additionally, the HR Coordinator assists with the recruitment and interview process, ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting the overall HR strategy.

Pay
Salary range is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This position has flexible hours of Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
