Responsibilities
- Create, post, and manage job listings across CareerPlug and LinkedIn for all open positions
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process — outreach, follow-ups, and status updates
- Cook up and schedule interviews across candidates and hiring managers
- Keep applicant tracking organized and up to date
- Cook up onboarding logistics for new hires — paperwork, systems access, equipment, and first-week scheduling
- Ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience from offer acceptance through ramp-up
- Provide virtual office administration and calendar/schedule support
- Manage office logistics, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Cook up leadership team meetings — scheduling, agendas, materials, and follow-ups
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple workstreams and keep details from slipping
- Comfort and fluency with AI tools and modern technology (e.g., AI assistants, scheduling tools, Google Workspace / Microsoft 365)
- Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment; proactive in flagging issues and closing loops
- Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, executive assistance, or office administration preferred
