The Human Resources Department is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of £53,460 - £56,730 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer benefits programs and handle claims
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Support recruitment efforts through candidate screening and interviews
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on workplace policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
• Experience with talent management software and systems
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
