Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Charlotte office (mainly engineering, project, procurement and support roles)
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs aligned with business growth
- Develop and implement efficient and scalable recruitment processes
- Manage external recruitment partners where relevant
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and employer branding consistency
Talent Development & Employee Experience
- Support the onboarding and integration of new employees in a growing environment
- Drive performance management processes in alignment with Group practices
- Identify talent development needs and implement relevant learning initiatives
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership and people management
- Contribute to building a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with US federal and North Carolina labor laws and regulations
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Oversee key HR processes such as: o Employment contracts o Leave management o Disciplinary actions (if needed) o Termination processes
- Liaise with external legal counsel when required
- Ensure proper HR documentation and audit readiness
Organizational Development & Structuring
- Support leadership in structuring the organization as it scales
- Advise on role design, reporting lines, and workforce optimization
- Contribute to succession planning and critical talent identification
HR Administration & Local Coordination
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees in the US subsidiary
- Cook up with the Director HR US on payroll
- Maintain and improve HR systems and tools usage
- Ensure alignment between local practices and Group HR standards
Profile
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles
- Strong experience in a US-based SME or growing subsidiary environment
- Solid knowledge of US labor law, especially North Carolina regulations
- Experience in recruitment and talent development in technical/industrial environments is a plus
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
- Able to operate both strategically and operationally
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of autonomy and accountability
- Able to build trust in a small, close-knit team
- Comfortable working in an international matrix environment
