About the role

HumanX provides a range of HR solutions, from in-house operational support on a temporary basis to digital HR Solutions to help HR Departments optimize their ways of working. We are looking for HR consultants with a generalist background to help us develop our HR activities in Belgium.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least a bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or a related field
• A minimum of 1-2 years HR experience
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics and cultural awareness
• Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
• Good knowledge of French, English and Dutch
