HR Compliance Specialist - Freeman West Hospital Campus

About the role

The Human Resources Compliance Specialist ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Key responsibilities include processing, collecting, auditing, reviewing, and analyzing reports to maintain compliance standards. Additionally, this role involves creating comprehensive reports and managing compliance-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Process, collect, audit, review, and analyze reports to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Create comprehensive reports to support compliance efforts.
• Manage compliance-related activities as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Products), including generating reports and manipulating and analyzing data using Excel.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
