Responsibilities
- Administer pre-employment screening programs, including background checks, drug testing, employment verifications, and motor vehicle record (MVR) reviews.
- Review and adjudicate screening results in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support FCRA adverse action processes and employment screening compliance.
- Monitor DOT driver qualification requirements and maintain compliance documentation.
- Partner with HR leaders, recruiters, field operations, and third-party vendors to resolve compliance issues and support hiring initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, generate compliance reports, and assist with audits and process improvements.
- Provide guidance on employment screening and workforce compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, Employment Compliance, Background Screening, Workforce Compliance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of FCRA, employment screening regulations, and adverse action requirements.
- Experience with background screening, drug testing, and MVR programs.
- Knowledge of DOT driver qualification requirements preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technology systems.
- Experience with First Advantage or similar screening platforms preferred.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.
