Job Purpose The HR Compliance and Safety Assistant performs a variety of administrative duties and is responsible for ensuring that all Familia Dental locations adhere to regulatory requirements and safety standards set by OSHA, Fire Department, and Health Department regulations. Responsibilities Process and monitor Workman's Compensation ClaimsManage comprehensive radiation safety compliance including registration, documentation, equipment evaluations, QA/QC for Texas locations, pregnancy declarations, spore testing audits, dosimeter management, and annual training/inventory.Rotating front desk coverage for corporate office including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.Assist with trainings and training committeeAssist with policies and documentsAssist with incoming medical record requests.Assist with administrative duties such as: filing, scanning, copying, uploading documents, etcOther duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications / Skill Sets Strong organizational and documentation skillsExcellent communication and training abilitiesProficiency in maintaining detailed records and regulatory documentationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Self-motivated with excellent time management skillsKnowledge of OSHA, Fire Department, and Health Department regulations preferred but not required Experience with radiation safety protocols and compliance requirements preferred but not required Education And Experience 3+ years of experience in administration, healthcare or dental practice management preferred High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred) Physical Requirements Ability to remain in a stationary position, sitting and/or standing, for extended time [e.g. sitting at a desk, working at a computer].
