HR Change Management Lead

About the role

The HR Change Management Lead drives adoption of enterprise HR transformation initiatives across Zeus’s global manufacturing environment. This individual contributor role will flex between strategy and execution, translating large-scale HR priorities into practical change plans that reach employees at every level. Reporting into the Talent Management COE, the role works closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to embed and sustain change-management capability within overall organizational effectiveness.

This is a limited-term position with an anticipated end date of March 31, 2029.
