Change Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead all organizational change management activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Execute change management activities using existing methodologies, templates, and frameworks while incorporating industry best practices where appropriate
• Develop and execute:
• Stakeholder engagement plans
• Communications strategy
• Training strategy
• Organizational readiness assessments
• Adoption plans
• Cover support development of the client's future-state operating model
• Cook closely with project leadership and business stakeholders
• Identify organizational impacts and mitigation strategies
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and readiness sessions
• Measure adoption and organizational readiness throughout the project
• Support post-deployment transition activities

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading Organizational Change Management initiatives
• Experience supporting large enterprise system implementations
• Strong communications, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills
• Experience developing training and communication materials
• Experience supporting operating model transformation
• Prosci or equivalent change management certification is a plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Model N experience
• Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience
• Experience supporting commercial operations organizations
• Experience with commercial rebates, pricing, or chargeback processes

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $145,000 to $210,000 or the hourly equivalent.
