About the role

The HR Business Processes and Systems Specialist at Stellantis is responsible for providing strategy, process, and technical expertise to the Human Resources organization. This position serves as an internal advisor, helping streamline operations, develop and implement new solutions, and enhance existing programs. The role partners with regional and global colleagues to ensure that business rules and requirements are met with the highest level of accuracy, completeness, and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Think strategically and get into the details of processes, technology, and business needs
  • Understand desired outcomes of business customers and translate them into processes and solutions that achieve those goals
  • Embrace new technologies such as AI in support of business objectives
  • Show strong analytical and project management skills by coordinating between business customers and ICT, as well as global colleagues

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues within all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to generate and implement innovative solutions which exceed customer expectations
  • Project Management skills
  • Broad HR expertise and systems knowledge – working knowledge of HR functional areas through prior experience
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with customers as well as team members
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively increasing responsibility and experience in Human Resources Information Technology Management (HRIS, HRIT or HRTMS), or Human Resources Operations / HR Business Partner / Plant HR roles
  • Experience with Workday
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools
  • Experience with ad-hoc reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Highly proficient in Workday, Service Now & Workforce Software
