As the HR Systems Specialist, you will facilitate the smooth implementation and ongoing governance of the SuccessFactors HR system within the region. This role demands a deep understanding of HRIS technologies, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding user experiences. You will work closely with the Regional HR team and Global Process Owners to standardize and embed global HR systems solutions, ensuring compliance with regional regulatory requirements and company policies. Key Responsibilities Regional Solution Enablement, Training, and Project Delivery: Lead and support training initiatives and provide project delivery assistance to ensure effective system use and adoption across multiple teams.Data and Organizational Governance: Analyze and recommend changes to position structures and organizational hierarchies, maintaining compliance with legal and policy frameworks to support accurate HR data management.Audit and Compliance Support: Aid in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance audits by ensuring HR system adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.User Experience Enhancement: Continuously optimize the SuccessFactors interface to improve usability, accessibility, and overall satisfaction for HR system users.Data Integrity Management: Collaborate with system specialists to uphold data accuracy, completeness, and security to support strategic HR decision-making and operational excellence.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain detailed logs of system updates, process changes, and provide clear user guides within the SharePoint Knowledge Base for end-user support.User-Centric Solution Design: Advocate for and implement user-friendly design principles in system development to promote efficiency and ease of use.Standardization of HR Processes: Drive the implementation and maintenance of standardized HR processes to enhance operational consistency, compliance, and efficiency across the region. Minimum Qualifications And Skills 5+ years of experience in HRIS required; preferably in SAP SuccessFactors.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder alignment required.Bachelor's degree in Systems, Data Management, Human Resources, or related fields preferred; or an appropriate diploma with progressive experience and SuccessFactors certification.Strong knowledge of HR data management, SOX auditing, and privacy laws like GDPR preferred. Understanding of HRIS connections with payroll, benefits, and ERP systems preferred. Strong technical ability to diagnose system issues and collaborate with IT support preferred. Analytical mindset capable of interpreting complex system and data trends preferred.Active SAP SuccessFactors Certification preferred.Proven experience managing change methodologies during large-scale system upgrades preferred. Starting Salary: $78,000 - $105,200 + Bonus Incentive
