HR Systems Specialist

About the role

The HR Systems Specialist provides support to the various end users for HR programs, systems, and software. This includes, but is not limited to, the setup and maintenance of all aspects of Human Resource software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for questions, issues, and troubleshooting of human resources systems and programs.
• Collect and analyze data to ensure that HR processes are successfully and efficiently executed.
• Work with other team members and end users to identify and address problems.
• Provide user training and hands-on support.
• Create reports, workflow analysis, and development of technical procedural manuals.
• Understand connectivity, integration, and employee data flow among software systems.
• Perform intermediate-level system changes and investigate and troubleshoot system problems.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in HR systems, including report creation, workflow analysis, training end-users, and developing technical procedural manuals.
• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to understand system connectivity, integration, and employee data flow.

Prior experience working in a healthcare organization is preferred. Additional education and/or related experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of this position.

Schedule

Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
